CANCELLATION POLICY

-Your appointments are every important to the Chroma Salon Team Members. Appointments are reserved especially for you. We understand that sometimes schedule adjustments are necessary: therefore; we respectfully require a 48 hour notice for cancellations or changes. If you cancel your appointment less than 48 hours in advance, you will be charged for 50% of the cost for your Service in which was scheduled. Same day cancellations will be charged 100% of the cost for your service scheduled. Should this happen more than once, it will prohibit you from scheduling future appointments at Chroma Salon.

NO REFUNDS

-We do not offer refunds of any kind. If you have a problem with your hair of any kind after leaving the Salon, you have 14 days to contact the Salon to  discuss your needs going forward.

LATE POLICY

-If you are more than 15 min late to your appointment, we will rebook you for a later date with a 100% non-refundable deposit paid prior to booking. 

-IT IS OUR PRIORITY TO CONDUCT THOROUGH CONSULATIONS FOR ALL SERVICES PROVIDED THROUGH THE SALON. HOWEVER, IT IS EACH CLIENT'S PERSONAL RESPONSIBILITY TO BE UPFRONT AND HONEST ABOUT THEIR HAIR HISTORY. ANY DAMAGED CAUSED TO THE HAIR AS A RESULT OF UNDIVULGED INFORMATION DURING THE CONSULTATION, IS NOT THE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE STYLIST OR CHROMA SALON.

CHILDREN AND EXTRA GUESTS

-At this time we will not be allowing any friends, family or children to your appointments.  

-If your child needs an appointment, they will be able to have their own scheduled appointment.  

-No babies in arms at this time as we want to keep everyone healthy as can be!
